Many of the offenses are punished by with-holding of pay, or grog, or the most menacing punishment, as deemed fit by the Artiles of War. Flogging is never directly mentioned. No date, but it may have been issued following the Great Mutiny when concessions were made by the Admiralty to the ordinary seamen. Watermark does not appear on purchased item.
